DOCUMENTATION OF THE JUDICIAL DECISION

Abstract
In the given article there was conducted the analysis of procedural form and content of the court judgment of the first instance in civil cases. The relation of procedural form and procedural content of the court judgment is identified and analyzed. Category of court judgment documenting aimed at legitimate and reasonable settlement of the case, which is inseparably linked with the procedural form and content of the court judgment under civil law.
