APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PRINCIPLES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY LAW

Abstract
In the scientific article discusses certain provisions the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, which provide a significant restriction of the rights and freedoms of citizens, they are outdated and do not comply with the applicable provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and other legislative acts. The ways of solving certain legal shortcomings and provided specific proposals to amend certain provisions of the Code.
