CIVIL LAW CHARACTERISTIC OF THE CONTRACT ON THE PROVISION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL (PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC) SERVICES

The place of providing the psychological and (psychotherapeutic) services within the civil contract system is analyzed in this article. It is proved, that this contract is essential, two-sided and consensual.
