SPECIAL PRECONDITIONS FOR THE RIGHT TO APPLY TO THE COURT IN CASES ARISING FROM MARITAL LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to investigation of pre-condition of right of court in cas- es ensuing from marital relationship. Having analyzed norms of material right, au- thor clears procedural features of trial of cases that category and determines special pre-condition of right of court in cases ensuing from marital relationship.
