Abstract
In the article actual problems related to the disclosure of the organizer of the begging as a professional criminal. The publication highlights the key issues relating to the qualifications of the organisation of begging by the current legislation of Ukraine, which will facilitate further research aimed at better prevention, detection and investigation of crimes professional sootvetstvuyushie directions.
