PROBLEMS OF LEGAL PROTECTION INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The problem aspects of legal support for Ukraine’s investment attractiveness are considered. The necessity of finalizing a number of draft normative legal acts containing provisions for improving the investment climate in Ukraine and protecting the rights of investors is substantiated.
