AUTHORITY OF LAW-ENFORCEMENT BODIES IN PROCEEDINGS IN CASES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL DEFENSE

Abstract
The article defines the system of powers of law enforcement bodies in proceedings on cases of administrative offenses. The content and features of powers of law enforcement bodies were researched. The normative-legal acts regulating the activity of law-enforcement bodies in the implementation of proceedings in cases of administrative violations were analyzed. The gaps in the legal regulation of the powers of law enforcement bodies in the investigated sphere were identified and the ways of their elimination were proposed.
