CORRELATION OF NOTIONS OF "SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT" AND "HUMAN RIGHT TO DEVELOPMENT"

Abstract
The paper deals with the model of global governance for sustainable development initiated and realised by the UN. The model was formed according to the following scheme: adoption of ethical declarations on principles of environmental protection and sustainable development – establishment of the international sustainable development policy – establishment of the institutional framework for sustainable development and its strengthening – creation of financial mechanisms – preparation of analytical reports on development – establishment of development goals. It is a network model of democratic governance focused on involvement of all stakeholders in decision-making.
