Abstract
The article is sanctified to the questions of determination of aim and tasks of public policy to Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine in a law-enforcement sphere. Taking into account positions Conception of nearterm measures of reformation of the system of Ministry of internal affairs and Strategy of development of organs of internal affairs of Ukraine grounded necessity in relation to correlation of aim and tasks of public policy to Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine in a law-enforcement sphere from taking into account of threats of internal and external environment.
