Abstract
The article investigates one of the most pressing problems of civil procedure – to ensure the claim, in particular one of the modern methods of rapid and effective seizure of the money the defendant. Based on the research experience of regulation of these relations in the European Union made a proposal introducing the draft amend- ments to the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.
