THE INSTITUTION OF CONTRACTION UNDER THE CURRENT CONDITIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM

Abstract
The work discusses the principle of separation of powers as well as a checks and balances system as its component, analyzes the peculiarities of relation between branches of government when 2004 Constitution was in force, studies the institute of countersigning and drawbacks in legislative regulation of this institute, besides, it is emphasized that checks and balances system in incumbent Constitution should be legally improved.
