FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN DETERMINING THE PRICE OF CRIME

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development and explanation of the cost of crime notion in the modern foreign criminological science and the definition of direct and indirect damage caused by crime. Scientific researches are analyzed and contain information about development of the concept of cost of crime and its structure. The author gives her definition of “crime” and “cost of crime”.
