HUMAN RIGHTS AS AN AXIOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the context of citizen’s and person’s human rights protection. Axiological focus of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is considered. The article substantiates the idea that the implementation of the authorities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine must be directly aimed at ensuring one of the main values of the society – human rights.
