THE CURRENT STATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical approaches and current state of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of the National Police of Ukraine. It is emphasized that at this stage in Ukraine the system of administrative-legal acts regulating the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. To a large extent driven by the adoption of these acts the European aspirations of our country, and therefore their content is influenced by international, particularly European standards.
