NORMS OF INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS: FEATURES OF APPLICATION IN THE ECONOMIC JUDGMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the concept of international agreements. Analyzes the meaning and features of application of international agreements in the economic judicial proceedings in Ukraine. Emphasized that the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights a special place among the international agreements in the field of economic justice.
