CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL BY THE ELECTION ENGINEERING PROCESS: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article focuses on the limits of constitutional control of the electoral process engineering. Analyzed decisions of the Ukrainian and foreign bodies of the constitutional jurisdiction. Formed the concept of legal assessment of electoral systems for compliance with the results of the elections the will of the people and ensure the principle of equality of electoral rights. The principle of equality of electoral rights solved via such components as the active electoral right in the formal aspect, aspect of the material (at the time of distribution of constituencies and seats), passive suffrage, the rights of minorities and gender groups.
