ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION: THE TRADITIONS OF THE PAST AND THE PRESENT

Abstract
Аrbitration and mediation are investigated in the article, the sources of their as- sertion are analysed in the legal system of the state, the specific of application of ar- bitration and mediation are analysed in the extra-judicial decision of dispute between conflicting sides. A conclusion is done about active introduction of mediation in na- tional practice, without regard to legislative unsettled of this question in Ukraine.
