CONCEPT OF ENVIRONMENTAL FUNCTION LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the problem of determining the ecological functions of the state, its relationship with the competent local authorities in the development and protection of ecological relationships distinguishes features of legal regulation of this function. The author concludes that the importance of the study of ecological functions of local government as the basis of a proper legislative activity of public institutions in the field of securing legal rights and responsibilities of agencies and local government officials in ensuring the development of ecological relationships.
