CONCEPT OF INJURY IN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the provisions of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine reveals the essence behind the scenes of investigation (search) actions under Sec. 21 of the Code from the standpoint of its understanding of the legislator. The results of research on behind the scenes to ensure operational and investigative activities. The correlation of the concepts behind the scenes with the categories of "conspiracy", "confidential", "secret". Author's definition of the concept behind the scenes in the criminal process.
