CONCEPT OF «STATE MANAGEMENT» AND «PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION» IN THE CATEGORICAL APPARATUS OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Abstract
The article reveals the process of evolution of the categorical apparatus of administrative law concerning the concepts of «state management» and «public administration». A critical analysis of the modern approaches presented in the legal literature concerning the definition of these concepts and their fields of application in the science of administrative law is given. Probable ways to solve this theoretical problem are proposed.
