CONCEPT, SUBJECT AND CONTENT OF UNNAMED CONTRACTS

Abstract
Regulation of civil law relations is carried out at the legislative level, where the parties are entitled to enter into contracts that are not stipulated by law (not named in the law). The conclusion of unnamed contracts is conditioned by the fact that real life is in constant development, generating all new needs, and legal mechanisms are not always correspond to them.
