Conception of the financial regulation of the insurance market of Ukraine

Abstract
The work solves a complex problem related to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the financial regulation of the insurance market of Ukraine, the lack of a unified scientific approach. For the first time the conception of the financial regulation of the insurance market of Ukraine is developed taking into account the state part of the regulation, self-regulation and informal regulation. The concept is divided into three parts: methodological, basic and variable. In the frame of the conception author defines the objectives, the nature, functions, principles, tasks, institutional component, methods, tools, objects and subjects, scientific paradigm, factors, problematic issues, forms, types, levels, legislative support, measures for the implementation and expected results.
