CONCEPTS OF ESTABLISHING RATINGS OF THE ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE MILITARY ECONOMY FUNCTIONING

Abstract
It is shown that at the present there are many approaches to determine the cost-effectiveness assessments. Made focus on the ambiguity of the term “efficiency”. In particular, to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of complex specific type of military and economic activities proposed using the improved method of Pareto – efficiency compensating Caldor-Hicks criteria.
