CONCEPTUA L FRA MEWORK OF THE COMPETITION IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS LAW IN UKRA INE

Abstract
The article deals with the reform of the competition impact assessment (CIA) mechanism in Ukraine as a mean to improve the quality of the business legislation in the country. The author underlines a significant potential of the above reform in terms of further improving the Ukraine’s ranking in the «Doing Business» rating of the World Bank. The author grounds the necessity on an in-depth reform, which should include, among other things, the revision of the place and role of the antimonopoly control authority in carrying out the CIA.
