LEGA L BASES FOR THE LEGITIMATION OF THE STATE POWER IN UKRA INE

Abstract
The article reveals the essence and peculiarities of the legal principles of the legitimation of state power as a theoretical and legal category. The article deals with the facts of legitimacy and legality as the fundamental signs of legitimation processes in the state. There has also been analyzed the importance of distinguishing the legal bases of the legitimation of state power for the existence of a legal and democratic state.
