LIFE AND HEALTH OF MANY PEOPLE AS THE NATIONAL SECURITY OBJECT OF UKRAINE, ITS CRIMINAL AND LEGAL PROTECTION

Abstract
It is substantiated that people’s life and health is the national security object for Ukraine. The analysis of the provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine revealed a number of legislative discrepancies, which indicates an insufficient level of criminal law protection of such an object. Іn order to improve this situation, it is proposed to add the new Article 1131 «Anthropocide» to the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
