CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF THE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT OF THE SANATORIUM-RESORT ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Management of personnel development is one of the determinants of the organization's economic success. The problem of managing the development of personnel is undoubtedly relevant for the enterprises of the sanatorium and resort sphere. The problems that lead to ineffective implementation of the process of managing the development of personnel of the enterprises of the sanatorium and resort area, were defined in the article. It was determined which place occupies the management of personnel development in the personnel management system of the enterprise. The main components of the enterprise development management system have been investigated. The subject of management of the development of personnel of enterprises (control subsystem), the object of management of the development of personnel of the enterprise (managed subsystem), the management influence on the object and feedback was investigated. The system for managing the development of the personnel of the enterprise has been improved. The purpose and main task of the company's personnel development policy was formulated. The advantages of effective management of the development of the personnel of the company were determined. The influence of the strategic aspect on the management system of the personnel development of the sanatorium-resort sector enterprise has been proven. The components of such a system are: development of personnel development strategy, identification of the need for employees of a certain qualification, assessment of the actual level of certain skills of employees, the need for staff development (inconsistency with the actual level of qualification of employees available), career planning of personnel, management of professional development of personnel (training, advanced training and retraining), adaptation of personnel, promotion of personnel development, formation and training of personnel reserve, formation of a corporation enterprise culture. The management of the personnel development of the sanatorium-resort enterprise is one of the most important directions of the rational functioning of the modern enterprise, increasing its competitiveness in the market. At the same time, effective management of personnel development contributes to the harmonious development of the worker himself and to raising his level of competitiveness in the labor market.
