CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL MECHANISMS IN REGULATING PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE CIVIL SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines various directions for further ensuring the effective implementation of the law of Ukraine "on Civil service": legislative and legal (relevant amendments to existing and adoption of new legislation), organizational (civil service provisions), institutional (creation of efficient, responsible, transparent and open public authorities). An important place is given to the analysis of human resources management.
