CONCEPTUAL BASES OF INTEGRATED LOGISTICS

Abstract
The article considers the basic concepts or paradigms of integrated logistics. The main purpose of the study is to develop the conceptual foundations of integrated logistics. The conceptual provisions of the integrated logistics based on the integral and system approaches to the formation of logistics systems have been improved. The concept of integrated logistics in the field of truck transport al-lows uniting the efforts of the managing staff of an enterprise, its structural divisions and logistics partners for end-to-end control over the main flows of resources. On this basis, the enterprise can further develop its own integrated logistics system. Considering the fundamental principles of logis-tics, the integration of management processes and integrated logistics, the basic principles of inte-grated logistics have been proposed. On the basis of structural-level and metasystem approaches, the main levels and the structure of integrated logistics have been defined. To create the levels of integrated logistics, the criterion of level differentiation has been suggested, which gives a possibility to distinguish, according to the metasystem approach, five levels of the integrated logistics system, namely elemental, component, subsystem, system and metasystem. The concept of integrated logistics requires the integration of different functional areas and their participants at all levels within a uniform logistics system for the purpose of its optimization, and it can be used for any enterprises and organizations. The proposed conceptual framework gives a possibility to coordinate such management objects of the integrated logistics system as the interaction of chain participants, logistic functions, business processes as well as to create their specific structure and determine the levels of integration.
