Conceptual bases of strategic planning of the enterprise’s activity

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of strategic planning and management of enterprise activity and entrepreneurial activity in general. Strategic planning is defined as a dynamic system that enables timely identification of the mission, goals and strategies, and the development and implementation of a system of enterprise plans, which is the basis for improving its competitiveness and long-term existence.
