CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATIONS

Abstract

The article considers the company's communications as one of the three components of the strategic platform for its development. The main stakeholders of the enterprise are generalized, their interests are determined. The basic concepts on which the strategic management of communications of the enterprise should be constructed are determined.
