CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF THE STRATEGY OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGION

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of development of the main spheres of the social infrastructure of the region. According to the paradigm, the priority directions of the development of social infrastructure include measures aimed at qualitative transformation in the sphere of education; Health Care; social support of the population, family and maternity issues; physical education and sports; culture, housing and communal services. Implementation of the competitive paradigm of the development of social infrastructure with the vector on humanization of society envisages, first of all, the reproduction of the population and health care.
