CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS OF PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AN ENTERPRISE STRATEGY

Abstract
Purpose – a comprehensive study of the features and the foundations of the formation of the financial and economic security of an enterprise ensuring strategy. Methodology of research. The study includes the following methods: analysis and synthesis – to summarize the scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "strategy of financial and economic security of an enterprise", determination of the essential characteristics and the formation of the author's definition of the given concept; abstract logic – in order to understand the value and place of financial and economic security strategy for the overall financial strategy of an enterprise, theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions; system analysis, abstraction, logical generalizations – when determining the main strategic goals of financial and economic security and features of the process of formation and implementation of strategy of its ensuring at the enterprises. Findings. The essential characteristics were clarified and the original definition of "strategy of financial and economic security" was formulated. The main strategic objectives of financial and economic security of an enterprise were defined. The author's approach to the definition of the main stages of the process of formation and implementation of the strategy of financial and economic security in enterprises was proposed. Originality. The problem of identifying features of the process of formation and implementation of the strategy to ensure the financial and economic security of an enterprise in a dynamic environment has received solution. Therefore the basic strategic objectives of financial and economic security and its place in the overall financial strategy of an enterprise were defined. The author’s definition of "financial and economic security of the enterprise strategy" and an algorithm for the formation and implementation of this strategy in an enterprise have been proposed. Practical value. The proposed algorithm of formation and implementation of financial and economic security strategy can be used in the practice of financial and economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises during organization of their financial and economic security ensuring system.
