CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF MAKING EVERYDAY DECISIONS BY A PERSONALITY

Abstract
The article deals with modern views on a choice as a psychological system of making everyday decisions by a personality. The essence of the system approach in psychology as well as the main directions of its implementation through the example of the studied issue has been described. Besides, the peculiarities of using the system approach when studying the issue of decision making presented in the scientific works of P. Anokhin, B. Lomov, Yu. Kozeletskyi, O. Konopkina, V. Shadrikov have been discussed. The main conditions of making everyday decisions by a personality have been considered. The system organization of making everyday decisions, as well as the scheme and the essence of the main components in the structure of a situation of choice have been presented. Besides, some features of choice formulation and manifestation have been considered through the example of different everyday situations. The pattern of interrelations and interinfluence of structural components of the system in typical situations (situations of contradictions, uncertainty and risk) has been presented. The role of making everyday decisions in the development and socialization of a personality has been described. Moreover, some conditions of transforming choice made by a personality into professional activity of experts in the specialized field of management have been defined. Some peculiarities of interaction between components of a situation of choice, which can cause psychoemotional changes, and the mechanisms which are the basis of any choice, have been justified. It has been stated that everyday choice is implemented in two levels – subject and environmental. Every level’s components have been listed. The subject level includes cognitive, motivational and willing components as well as the component of social experience. The environmental level includes regulative, operational and resultative components.
