Conceptual model for formation and development of scientific and scientific-technical activities in higher education institutions

Abstract
The article substantiates the conceptual approaches to formation and development of systems of scientific and scientific-technical activities in institutions of higher education. The system’s decomposition is developed by subsystems according to various features, such as the functional orientation, provision, management, subjects of scientific and scientific-technical activity, scientific and scientific-technical products. It is shown that subsystems form an integral system of scientific and scientific-technical activities, defining its properties, and orienting it towards achieving the set goals.
