Conceptual model of development of public service in Ukraine in conditions of reforming of public administration

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of substantiating the theoretical model of the development of the civil service in Ukraine precisely under the conditions of reforming the state administration. The main models of bureaucracy and world models of public service are analyzed. Taking into account both international experience in this area and national traditions of management culture, proposals have been submitted for the implementation of the revision of the basic principles of the model for the development of public service in Ukraine.
