CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF OPTIMIZATION OF OPERATING ACTIVITY OF POSTAL AND LOGISTICS COMPANY

Abstract
In the article the conceptual model of optimization of operational activity of the postal and logistics company is constructed; the tasks which the model includes are investigated; the general methods of their solution are proposed. A comparative characteristic of socio-economic and e-commerce factors influencing the operational activity of the postal and logistics company are carried out. This article is the result of a series of research on the functioning of the postal and logistics company from the operational point of view, beginning from the construction of its organizational structure, the establishment of its branch offices, and ending with an analysis of the quality of postal services.
