CONCEPTUAL PRECONDITES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes issues related to the development of human rights in Ukraine, examines constitutional legal acts regulating and defining human rights during the establishment of Ukraine’s in dependence. It turns out that every stage of the historical development of the state is inherent in the legal concept of human rights and the corresponding system of rights and obligations.
