GENESIS AND MODERN VIEWS CONCEPT "CONFLICT OF INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES"

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of existing forensic literature views on the understanding of the term “opposition to the investigation”. An attempt was made to focus on the content of counteraction the investigation as itself. The views of scientists on forensic nature and understanding of the term in modern conditions the fight against crime has been considered.
