CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF PARTICIPANTION PRACTICE IN GERMANY

Abstract

The main theoretical approaches to substantiation introduction of new mechanisms of participation in epresentative democracy in Germany are analyzed. The outcomes of implementing participatory budgeting for democratic institutions and public administration in general have been highlighted and considered. Further prospects for the evolution of the participatory budgeting in Germany are outlined.
