CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF SOCIAL-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES OF CONNECTION

Abstract
The modern stage of development of economy requires from enterprises the increase of efficiency of activity, competitiveness of commodities and services by introduction of modern innovative technologies, conduct of effective social politics and permanent perfection of the systems of management. Social-economic development of any enterprise is a main condition of its successful functioning. This question is actual for both of companies that began the existence and that are long time at the market. Especially important social-economic development is for the enterprises of connection, because their activity is sent exceptionally to providing of the social demands of population and businesses, that, are formed economic welfare of these companies. Social-economic development is the description of the dynamic state of enterprise, conditioned by the purposes of its functioning and development, and also phenomenon of life of society, that determines the "system of coordinates", where that carries out the functions. For activity of enterprises of connection, then them social-economic development must be based by the permanent monitoring of market of services of connection and improvement of them technological constituent without that further existence of such enterprises it is impossible. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to social constituent that provides the permanent increase of efficiency of activity of enterprises of this industry. First of all, the question is about corresponding services that would provide the basic social demands of population and without that modern society can not exist. To such services belong corresponding tariffs for services of mobile and stationary communication, access to the Internet in establishments of public welfare and places of general-purpose, corresponding tariffs for services of radio connection and television. Existence of companies of the investigated sphere it is closely constrained with the necessities of society and its solvency. Development of enterprises of connection most depends on the social constituent of their activity unlike the enterprises of other industries. Therefore main task of these companies is providing of society by necessary accessible services of corresponding quality, and that will promote to the economy growing of enterprises of connection.
