PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR ORGANIZATION OF LONG-TERM LOYALTIES OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The article deals with the state and problems of loyalty development of the employees of filling stations of Ukraine. Employee loyalty refers to the desire to work better, the desire to conform to the principles of organization, to unconditionally contribute to the achievement of its goals, alignment with the same requirements and the ability to accept others – those that were previously not part of the ideas of the organization. It was investigated that most office workers appreciate their work and share the goals of the organization, but are not sufficiently informed about the course of company development, management decisions, changes taking place in the company, latest news, etc. The factors influencing employees' loyalty are analyzed: attention from the company to the employee, promotion for achievements, psychological atmosphere in the team, training, professional development of employees, clearly set goals and objectives for each employee, satisfaction with the level of paid wages, social security of employees, etc. The most important factor in the success of the organization (companies, firms) is the development of a system of motivation and the organization of an optimal system of incentives for staff, in particular, the awareness of employees about the direction of the company's development, the changes taking place in the company; Possibility of expressing an opinion while discussing issues related to company development; paying attention and support to staff management. The main functional requirements and tasks for an application mobile application are formulated, which should increase the loyalty of the employees of the leading Ukrainian company – OKKO filling complexes network: reviewing and spending accumulated points, getting acquainted with actual news, changes in the company, the ability to leave their own comments and ideas on the development of the organization and Communicate with Leadership on-line. The stages of creating a mobile application for Android operating system are characterized: business analysis, decision-making, preliminary estimation of development cost, prototype design (application model), development of the first product release, testing, publication, technical support. The conditions of the effectiveness of software development are described and characterized: the loyalty index, which reflects the level of employee loyalty to the company, will increase; increase in loyalty will cause changes in economic indicators (labor productivity, staff turnover rate, etc.); the cost of the program will be reimbursed.
