ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS OF FOREIGN TRADE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes of the commodity structure of foreign trade of Ukraine during 2010-2017, components of which are: live animals, products of animal origin; products of plant origin; fats and oils of animal or vegetable origin; ready-made food products; mineral products; products of the chemical and related industries; polymer materials, plastics and articles thereof; unworked skins, trimmed skins; wood and wood products; mass of wood or other fibrous cellulosic materials; textile materials and textiles; shoes, hats, umbrellas; articles made of stone, gypsum, cement; natural or cultured pearls, precious or semi-precious stones; non-precious metals and articles thereof; machinery, equipment and machinery; electrical equipment; means of land transport, aircraft, floating means; optical and photographic apparatus and instruments; various industrial goods; works of art; goods purchased in ports; various. The share of each commodity group (%) in the total trade was calculated in accordance with the volume of exports and imports of Ukraine during 2010-2017. A structural and dynamic analysis was done on the grounds of L. O. Didova technique. The average change (%) in the commodity structure of export and import volume of Ukraine during 2010-2017 was calculated. Components of structural delay and advancement in the schedule of the norm of growth of export and import of Ukraine during the studied period were calculated. Growth (decline) coefficient and the ratio of general structural change in the volume of export and import of Ukraine during 2010-2017 were calculated. Index of structural flexibility and growth rate of export and import volumes of commodity groups of Ukraine during the studied period was calculated. Change of structural flexibility of export and import volumes of commodity groups of Ukraine in dynamics was graphically depicted. The above mentioned gave possibility to identify two modes of structural and dynamic process which were inherent in the commodity structure of Ukraine during 2010-2017. It was found that the dynamics of the definition of structural and dynamic changes in the structure of trade of Ukraine indicates dependence of growth and structural changes on financial situation in Ukraine. The use of structural and dynamic analysis of trade groups in complex of developing instruments measuring foreign trade was offered.
