ENSURING OF THE ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVE POSITION THROUGH THE EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF ITS RESOURCE POTENTIAL

Abstract
The issue of competitiveness ensuring and sustainable enterprise’s development is of high importance in modern conditions of the Ukrainian economy development. Due to the effective resource potential using, which will ensure the maximum utilization of production capacities, reduce costs and improve product quality, ensuring the sustainability of the enterprise’s competitive position it is possible to realize and implement these tasks into production practice. The main article idea is formulation of theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for enterprise’s sustainable competitiveness ensuring based on an integrated assessment of key resource determinants under market conditions. The following set of tasks was defined for the objective achievement: clarification of the terms essence “competitiveness” from the scientific approach point of view, determination of the mining enterprise competitive position based on the calculation of the competitiveness integral index, assessment of enterprise technical and economic states by calculating wear and galling coefficients, determination of the enterprise financial potential by researching the dynamics of advanced capital availability, researching of enterprise qualitative parameters of production based on economic-mathematical modeling method, it was proposed to expand the enterprise production through strategic investment. The object of the academic work is decision-making processes that appear in the course of using the enterprise competitiveness resource potential. The subject of the academic work is expansion of high-quality mining products production in conditions of world demand. The practical importance of the academic work is determined by the relevance of the tasks set and their specific focus on improving the mechanism for increasing the enterprise competitiveness for the production of high-quality iron ore products.
