THE RESEARCH DIRECTIONS FOR INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY

Abstract

This paper suggests the mechanism for improving the energy efficiency of agricultural enterprises on the basis of optimizing the energy potential using of the available natural resources. Research shows that the goal of the proposed system of zero cultivation of agricultural technology is to create favorable conditions for the development of natural mechanisms of self-regulation, ensure the release of the technological system of land resources processing from non-targeted activities and reduce energy costs related to business activity of the agricultural enterprise. Poor adaptation and low innovation activity of agricultural enterprises, and the absence of systematic approach and branching of revenues from the introduction of innovative products, the lack of integrated applications of innovation technologies are prevent effective process of practical development of energy efficiency in all sectors of agricultural enterprises. In the author’s opinion, the introduction of No-till farming system in Ukraine is a promising direction for the systematic implementation of the tasks of improving the energy efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The principal provisions of this technological scheme on the one hand allow to obtain economic benefits for reducing the cost of financial and energy resources, on the other hand, to increase the effectiveness of natural mechanisms of regulation the agricultural development. It is well known, that today agricultural enterprises are experiencing a shortage of energy for current activities, so it is necessary to use the hidden opportunities of saving by special technologies, as well as to eliminate the negative impact of activities on the environment. The model of the mechanism of increase the energy efficiency of the enterprises is in optimization the branch structure of production by the available resource potential. Conclusion has been made about the need for technological renovation in model of agricultural enterprises with principles of maximization the use of natural resources energy potential to improve agricultural production. Regarding the methods of action on the individual elements of the production system, due to the presence of uncontrolled components (for example, climatic and weather conditions), it is necessary to combine measures of reorganization and adaptation as a complex of organizational, spatial, and technical (technological) changes that should be introduced (used) by the society in order to reduce the rational energy costs and obtain maximum benefit from them. For the systematic implementation of tasks of increasing the energy efficiency of agricultural enterprises, promising is the introduction of the no-till farming system in Ukraine. On the one hand, the principled provisions of this technological scheme make it possible to obtain economic benefits by reducing the cost of financial and energy resources, and on the other hand, to increase the efficiency of natural mechanisms of regulation of crop development.
