CONCEPTUAL SCHEME FOR STUDY THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual scheme for study the development of e-commerce. Methodology of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research are fundamental provisions of modern economic theory, scientific works of scientists, normative and legislative acts of Ukraine on electronic commerce. In the course of the research, the following methods were used: abstract-logical (for revealing the essence of e-commerce as an economic category), monographic (in studying the features of the development of e-commerce and the basic principles of its regulation), modeling and forecasting - in order to determine the main directions for improving e-commerce in the global level, national and enterprise level. Findings. The principles of the study of the development of e-commerce have been established, which are rapidly developing in the last 10-20 years. The levels of the study of the development of electronic commerce are determined, namely, the world, national and enterprise level. Participants in e-commerce at each of the above levels are considered. Three main infrastructure components of e-commerce are defined. At each of the above levels, the main factors in the development of e-commerce are established. Key indicators of e-commerce activity and methods for determining the effectiveness of e-commerce are considered. Based on the data on the levels of research on the development of e-commerce, subjects, development factors, key indicators of e-commerce, methods for analyzing e-commerce and their results, a conceptual scheme for the study of the development of e-commerce has been developed. Originality. An integrated approach to the justification of factors, indicators and methods for analyzing the development of e-commerce at the global level, national and enterprise level was used. Practical value. The results of the study are the basis for analyzing the development of e-commerce at the global, national and enterprise level and can be used in the process of maintaining an online store.
