Concerning certain aspects of the economic and legal incentives of venture investment

Abstract
This article discusses aspects of the economic and legal incentives of venture investment. The need for the adoption of the concepts of state stimulation of venture capital investment in Ukraine, which will provide a set of appropriate measures to ensure the effective development of venture investment.
