CONCERNING SOME ISSUES OF IMPROVEMENT OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION ON OUTDOOR ADVERTISING (ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL ASPECT)

Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of improvement of Ukrainian legislation to reg- ulate legal relations connected with the issuance of placement of outdoor advertising permits. The analysis of the existing legal acts, suggested amendments to the current Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" and bringing it into conformity to the essential re- quirements for licensing system in the sphere of economic activity . When covering the gaps in the legal regulation of these relations and the ways of their elimination.
