CONCERNING THE CONCEPT AND MAIN CONTENT ELEMENTS OF STATE SUPPORT OF SMALL BUSINESS

Abstract
The article provides an analysis of a more important modern issue for Ukraine as the improvement and development of existing means and methods of state regulation of stimulating and supporting character for ensuring the efficiency and stability of the national economy. The central place among these methods is given to measures of state support, which is a complex institute of economic law. Thus, the state support regime is designed to protect the economic interests of Ukrainian legal and natural persons as well as the state as a whole at the transitional stage of the formation and development of market relations in Ukraine.
