Conditions for the effectiveness of incentives for participants in legal labor relations

Abstract
The article defines the conditions for the effectiveness of incentives for legal labor relations. On the basis of theoretical analysis of existing views in jurisprudence reveals the process of encouraging the participants of legal labor relations tailored to meet their needs and interests in the labor legislation.
